They have a great selection of certified pre-owned vehicles and I was emailed by Joe Vizzi about coming in to talk about the inventory they had. When I arrived Joe was very professional and kept the discussion about getting a car that worked for the budget I gave him. Joe did not try to show me cars out of my budget and kept conversations about cars that would make me feel good about the decision I eventually would make. Joe did a great job on his part however the process of getting the car is still a lot longer than I would like and that is the only reason i gave a 4 star rating instead of 5 stars. More

This was the easiest lease I ever did. Joe has amazing customer service skills and really was great to work with. Ajay in Finance was very pleasant to deal with to finish up the paperwork. The sales people and the finance manager are obligated to offer the customer a whole bunch of optional services and extended warranty coverages--none of which we had any interest in. Fortunately, the offering of these things was pleasant and without any significant pressure. Had they been high pressure we would have recorded a complaint on this survey. But since they weren't, we have nothing to complain about. More

When I told him that I really was interested in leasing a Fit, he went right to work on that without ever trying to change my mind and talk me into a bigger, more expensive model. He painstakingly took me through every one of the car's features, so that I was confident when driving out of the dealership. He went above and beyond by transferring all the "stuff" in my Civic trunk into my new Fit. He make me feel like I was the only customer he ever had!
