They have a straightforward selling process, and nothing came up to surprise me at the signing. This was because Sam and his supervisor made everything clear from the start. The Metro Ford's process of having the Expedition's actual CARFAX report available online took all of the mystery and concerns away. I reviewed the CARFAX before I stepped one foot on the lot and it gave me information about the vehicle's options, the servicing the vehicle had its entire life. And best of all, CARFAX provided me confidence about the reasonableness of the price range for the purchase. I bought a 2020 Expedition with great confidence in the dealership and the people who work there who are standing behind my purchase. First stop if I need a new or used car anytime in the future!
