You lost me as a customer. I have been a Findlay customer since 2010, where I have facilitated approximately three different car purchases or leases. I have twin boys turning 18 this year and will need cars for them as well. During this time I’ve seen your service rates get higher and more ridiculous.. last year I brought the car in to replace some door strip molding and was given some insane number plus 2 hours of labor, to which I just said no thank you and left . This last service was my final straw. My 2008 Toyota scion has been serviced through you since the beginning, but it no longer makes financial sense for me to bring this car to you. I needed reliable yet off market prices which I can get elsewhere and with much less difficulty. I had to unsafely drive my car (with failed brakes) off of your lot before any real “deal” was offered in service pricing. I was still charged a diagnostic fee and a service fee that I was not fully in compliance with, as I had said, please tell me what is going to be done beforehand. I never received a call and finally I called the following day at 3 PM. We are in a day and age where people have access to pricing and realistic numbers. Done are the days gratuitous labor charges and marked up part pricing. Info is too accessible with AI and customers are tired of feeling screwed. The quote that I was being given was not a deal by any means, even though it was being spun as one. So it should mean something when a customer says this in plain English to the customer service rep…Especially one who has been coming to you for over 16 years. More

I was so busy on my phone that I didn't notice the message they sent me. I expect that they will approach me to notify me that my car service has been completed. After signing the documents, I didn't know that my car was already parked in front, and I'm still waiting for it to arrive. I waited for another 30 minutes. I was waiting inside coz it's cold outside and didn't know that it was already parked up front. So I decided to wait outside and sit on a bench. But when I'm about to sit, I saw my car was parked in front. I gave 5 stars because maybe it's just a miscommunication and misunderstanding, and I blame myself for not asking where my car is. Please approach your customer even though you already texted them. What if I fell asleep and also didn't notice my phone message because it was on silent? I worked 16 hours and was so sleepy and tired but didn't choose to sleep. More

They determined the issue with my TACOMA was the starter and said they replaced it. This is umkown, but the Emergency break feature was dismantled presenting a safety issue. I live an hour and a half from t and said they replaced it. This is umkown, but the Emergency break feature was dismantled presenting a safety issue. I live an hour and a half from the dealer and they have no loaner vehicles for me to drop this back off. Also if they hook it back up, I am afraid you have a factory recall coming in the starter and the auto break not working together, causing the vehicle to not start with the button, thus why they disengaged this feature all together. I am very disappointed with this fix and is was not the complete issue and I have already had 3 loaner cars from whom I did not buy the vehicle from and one $300 rental car in trying to get this issue resolved. I feel that Centennial need to look at thier customer service from a different stand point when it comes to people like myself who do not live right in town. More
