I booked a service appointment through the app, I received several texts stating that someone would contact me to discuss my needs for the upcoming visit. I replied to all of the texts and was told received several texts stating that someone would contact me to discuss my needs for the upcoming visit. I replied to all of the texts and was told someone would reach out shortly, no response from a service representee. I brought my vehicle in for service and Aiden checked me in and entered all my concerns into my vehicle ticket. He contacted me when the vehicle was complete and went over the results of the inspections. Communication continues to be a problem when vehicle service is needed. You have several people sitting at computers that stare at people when they walk into the service department. Get rid of the 3% charge for using a credit card. Aiden was professional and respectful and may be the only individual who understands the importance of customer service. More

From the service team to the sales team we are greeted by name with a warm smile and hand shake, we recently bought my wife a new 2025 Acadia and the salesmen where fantastic (Mike Malone and Dan Bernhardt) we so pleasant and patient to work with assisting my wife while she tried to decide what car she wanted most,I can't end this without giving a shout out to the service team (Rodrigo and Aiden) they worked hard on making sure anytime our vehicles needed servicing that all the boxes were checked to keep them running smoothly and safe.
