I really appreciated how they gave me plenty of time to look over the lot before they helped me. It gave me the chance to narrow down the exact car I wanted. I ended up going with the 2024 Nissan Rogue. I look over the lot before they helped me. It gave me the chance to narrow down the exact car I wanted. I ended up going with the 2024 Nissan Rogue. I was very pleased with the customer service! I only have two complaints about my experience. I spun the wheel and won $20 cash and they have not given it to me in person or via mail yet. Still waiting and I bought the car almost two weeks ago. And secondly, the dealership only gave me 2k for incentives with a 19k trade-in and 7k down payment. They didn't even match their online incentive which states 4k online. They could have done better with what they offered given that I am a repeat customer with great credit! Other than that, Jimmy is great! Best sales person I have ever worked with at any dealership. He literally helped me find my dream car! I'd recommend him to anyone. More
