Sales person Ahmed is helped me well throughout the process but aprisal manager is very rude, When we are talking about the Issues in the listed used Sales person Ahmed is helped me well throughout the process but aprisal manager is very rude, When we are talking about the Issues in the listed used car he is spoke to me very rude. One of the option listed as the cas feature was not working, I asked him if the feature is not working, why to give false information in the website or fix it for me before delivery for me.He is responded to me very rude instead of helping me or giving me solution, he forced me to pay for the warrenty then it will be fixed. Means he want me to pay for the existing issues befoe I buy the vehicle. am not sure his name but he is the guy who sit in the front desk and do the apriasal for trade in car. More

Ahmed was fantastic,VERY patient,VERY helpful, nothing was too much of a problem, even though he wasn’t sure if I was going to buy a car. I am a VERY difficult customer, inasmuch as there is no grey area wi too much of a problem, even though he wasn’t sure if I was going to buy a car. I am a VERY difficult customer, inasmuch as there is no grey area with me,a car is either good or it isn’t,either I am helped or I’m not.I work for a Fortune 500 business so have been groomed over 18+ years to assist with a customer whether it’s for a $1 or $100,000,everyone is treated equally. The first SUV I looked at did not meet my expectations, not the dealers fault,I had set my expectations too high for the year vehicle.Ahmed read me just right and offered no pressure.I happened to mention I received a generic email from Koons advising me of a new arrival.A new model Explorer.AWD (a must for winter)XLT and I wanted one WITHOUT a sunroof, they serve no purpose to me,color I liked,Ford is pretty good with its quality leather,so the seats were not even worn(2 year old vehicle),again, and I cannot stress this enough,NO pressure from Ahmed, didn’t extol Ford, just quietly stepped to one side and let me have at it inspecting the vehicle (I am anal about fit and finish, especially how doors close(heavy click denotes a much safer door/s in the event a self entitled idiot who shouldn’t be driving, causes an accident). When I asked Ahmed certain questions he answered in a way that was neutral allowing me to make my own decision, again,no pressure. He disclosed straight away that the Explorer was an ex rental, this was obvious to me due to some scuffing on the rear of the front seats, but appreciated he volunteered this information instead of waiting for me to read the CarFax. Took the vehicle for a very short test drive(my choice),was pleased how it performed and in my mind I had already decided I would be happy to talk numbers.I handed over the keys to my possible trade in (I only buy pick up trucks when I have large projects, keep them the duration of the large project, then trade them in,I ALWAYS keep SUV’s and cars, they have value to me),now understand, this was not a great deal, but was exceptionally fair, trade in price was market average +$200 the cost of the Explorer was market average -$500 so better than I anticipated.Ahmed processed everything he needed to in a timely fashion, didn’t push extended warranties,as although the Sales Team/Sales Dept is exceptional and unlikely to be equaled, well, maybe Manchester Motors a close second, the Service Dept is VERY poor, along with Len Stoler and Antwerpen (all Ford Service Depts),this was the sole reason I declined extended warranties,Ahmed understood this. Ahmed then handed me off to Stephen, the Sales Manager who finalized everything,he came over and took the time to introduce himself, made small talk (yes,I know no one in sales makes small talk without gauging a customer,I do it myself at my place of business),anyhoo,we eventually sat down and went over the numbers,I declined any warranty,as is my choice,no pressure from Stephen, although he did point out modern cars, due to mechanical/electrical ingenuity more can go wrong, but being a Service Tech at my own place of business,Fords hold no fear for me.Domestic vehicle, along with Chevrolet and Jeep, inexpensive to repair compared to imports, easily used and coupled th various scanners and often no specialized tools required for general maintenance.Again I declined the warranty but agreed for most it is peace of mind, and additional revenue for the Dealership. In closing, this is the second vehicle I have purchased from Ahmed and Koons Ford of Baltimore,MANY years apart, this speaks volumes of his approach to his customers, and he views us as HIS customers not just Koons.I will reiterate NO SALES PRESSURE,reasonable and fair price(don’t try to haggle $100’s of $1000’s your wasting your time, energy and patience, not going to happen, you CAN argue your trade in only IF you do your research and KNOW you have a desirable vehicle. Thumbs up to Sales Team. You are consistently great!!!All done in 2.5 hrs. More
