I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received when buying a new car. Ahmed Alnaimi was an excellent salesman and made the purchasing easy. The last time I was in the dealership, 6 years ago, I had an buying a new car. Ahmed Alnaimi was an excellent salesman and made the purchasing easy. The experience would not have been so terrible if they didn't end up changing my payment amount and due date after I drove the vehicle home. I walked into the dealership knowing what car I wanted, and i didn't end up changing my payment amount and due date after I drove the vehicle home. I walked into the dealership knowing what car I wanted, and it still took 8 hours to buy the car. After some great negotiation, I was able to remove the $1500 "non-mandatory" charge for extra specs I didn't ask for but they applied anyway. I am very happy with the car I chose to purchase, but I am disappointed with Honda. After I get home, the finance office called me because they made a mistake and needed to charge me more taxes, even though all the paperwork was already signed by both parties. After over an hour in the phone, they increased my payment so that it was over my budget and also moved up my first payment date by over 2 weeks without telling me. More

Worked ahead of the visit with the web sales team to agree to some terms ahead of going in. Once there was treated very professionally by Ahmed Alnaimi, he helped the purchase of our new Odyssey go very agree to some terms ahead of going in. Our Sales Agent Ahmed Alnaimi was very helpful in explaining not only the various Honda models but very patiently wanted to understand our requirements and through a process of elimination helped us explaining not only the various Honda models but very patiently wanted to understand our requirements and through a process of elimination helped us come to a decision of the car that met most if not all of our criteria. He is very sincere in his customer relationship and in a sensible but not a pushy way made our purchasing decision easy. Thanks Ahmed for all your help and for a positive experience. Ahmed was very helpful and good with explaining things. Also I had a light pop up on the car about tire pressure which Ahmed helped me get in very quickly so they could check the tires and calibrate.....H Also I had a light pop up on the car about tire pressure which Ahmed helped me get in very quickly so they could check the tires and calibrate.....He was a great help as the line was very long and I had just finished a 13 hour night shift so really needed to get in and out quickly on a car that I had less than a week and had only driven twice so far....He was very helpful with everything!
