I loved my yesterday's experience buying from Honda of Lisle. I normally visited Honda of Lisle Service department for scheduled car maintenance, as my prior car was also a Honda. Very nice people work there, so I decided to give this dealership a shot when choosing my new car. From the start I was warmly greeted by the saleperson. My salesperson, Ahmed, was very professional and courteous, very knowledgeable about the car. The whole process, from entering the dealership, deciding on the cars I wanted to try, test drive, making decision to buy, discussing terms and trade in, financing process and finally picking up my car took just under 3 hours. I am very happy with the whole experience. I sure would recommend Honda of Lisle to my family and friends. The only wish I had (not just with this dealership, but all the car dealerships), that dealerships would tone down finance manager practice to upsell all the extras during paperwork. But the experience overall was excellent. More
