Felt at home with the salesman. Very informative day. Was able to negotiate a comfortable deal with a 2024 QX50 when returning my lease. The showroom very clean and coffee was a Very informative day. It took 6 1/2 hrs to buy my car. The salesman had no respect for my time. He kept suddenly walking away, not returning for 20 minutes. They never filled the gas tank. When I left the dealership at 8:30PM it had 24 miles until empty. Alot of neglect and mistakes. I'm regretting the purchase. I did not get treated the way a luxury dealership should. I would never buy another car at Infiniti of Orland. More

I normally have a great visit however this time was not normal. I did not receive a call that goes over the issues or condition of my car nor that my car was ready and when I finally got to the dealer my p normal. I did not receive a call that goes over the issues or condition of my car nor that my car was ready and when I finally got to the dealer my paperwork was not with the cashier. After a moment a sales person had the paperwork due to appraising my vehicle. I felt like this was not the best moment for the dealership. On my way there I was concerned about my vehicle. I had almost missed the time to pick up my vehicle due to not receiving the call. I had even text and asked to have some one call me so I can schedule a lyft to bring me back to the location. More

Ahmad in sales was trying to sell me a new car and trade in my old vehicle. I mentioned that my vehicle's gas tank was too small and that I was probably going to lean toward a hybrid for my next vehicle. in my old vehicle. I mentioned that my vehicle's gas tank was too small and that I was probably going to lean toward a hybrid for my next vehicle. He told me that the QX60 was the same size as a QX80 - I have a QX80. He mentioned the only difference was the head space. I told him he could appraise the vehicle, let me know the trade in value and I would take a look at the vehicle. He kept pushing for an appointment. I said I could not commit. I had a loaner vehicle and when I returned the next day, I came to find out that Ahmad had taken my vehicle key home with him. He expected me to meet with him the evening before (which I told him I could not confirm). I felt like this was a TERRIBLE used car salesman tactic to get me to meet with him. So pushy, misleading (QX60 is no where near the same size as QX80 - not even remotely close) More

The advisors and desk staff don’t work cohesively. After being there 40 min I asked how long the wait would be, and an advisor told me to ask the advisor that checked me in. I left the dealership and After being there 40 min I asked how long the wait would be, and an advisor told me to ask the advisor that checked me in. I left the dealership and returned about an hour later. I asked the desk staff (checkout team) and they told me to sit and wait on my advisor -which didn’t make sense because how would she know I returned?! So I went to the advisor desk & my advisor wasn’t there. They said they would let her know. I waited 20 minutes before I went looking for my advisor again to tell her I was ready to check out. At this point I’m assuming she’s on lunch. I asked a man to help me because I know my car is done and I’m ready to leave. He said my car info was with the advisors in the main area where you pull in. I told those ladies and now they were able to find my info and take it to the checkout desk. This experience was annoying. The checkout staff should go check to see if a car is ready or be able to tell in their system. Or if an advisor is out, can they help customers in their absence? Why make customers wait 30 min for a car that is ready?!!!! More

We called dealership the night before to verify that 3 models were on that specific lot. We arrived after 2+ hours drive to a sleepy unattentive salesman, Ahmad, whom we spoke to the night before. It took models were on that specific lot. We arrived after 2+ hours drive to a sleepy unattentive salesman, Ahmad, whom we spoke to the night before. It took 20 mins for him to come serve us. He explained then that 1 of the 3 vehicles was at a lot five minutes away and a porter would drive it over. 45 minutes LATER we were driving to their BMW lot. It took him several trips from that lobby to the car to get it out. We also confirmed the price before driving there. It was not accurate, they automatically add a clear protectant for paint and anti theft . Salesman also told us it had navigation. No, not on the vehicle and never acknowledged this lie either. More
