Before coming here I went to another dealer in Hurst for a CX-5. The customer service was awful. eCarOne and Adam were a complete 180 with complimentary drinks and even letting me take a test drive alone (w a CX-5. Although these are little things they add up when buying a car. The process was slower but was not their fault at the system that does all their paper work was down. More

Tanner was amazing and super helpful. He wasn’t pushy like most sales reps but did hustle on taking care of business.
