Steve Miller runs a horrible service shop full of liars and scammers!! Stay away. Excellent customer service from the young Lady who checked me in for the Oil change. Very professional and polite. The ice broke the wiper blades and the dealership replaced them very quickly and they checked and topped off the fluids. Very easy experience and very fair pricing. They have great coffee and and a very friendly staff. Steve, Kevin, Tommy, Alex, and Nacir were all very cordial and friendly. Mike in the shop also noticed that the inspections are almost expired and they are going to have it done next week. I Would definitely recommend them! More

I made an appointment with the service manager for repairs and they were not completed. I spoke to the General Manager and he never followed up. The worse service I have ever experienced. I am not repairs and they were not completed. I spoke to the General Manager and he never followed up. The worse service I have ever experienced. I am not sure why my service was so poor after purchasing my vehicle from there, but clearly after driving 55 miles to get there and back, no one cared. When I spoke to the General Manager he advised he understood what happened and would fix it. He never did. More
