The service department at this dealership is slow and customer service is not a priority. They said our vehicle would have to sit for a week before the would even look at it to diagnose the issue. I have customer service is not a priority. They said our vehicle would have to sit for a week before the would even look at it to diagnose the issue. I have taken multiple vehicles to them year ago and the experience was not the same, but recently this has been an issue with them. Not sure if they are understaffed or what the problem is but, I will not be using them in the future. More
