I will say I let one slip during financing with the Finance Manager. He went over the Lojack part fairly quickly and said it’s part of the car already which I understood as the previous owner had it installed and paid for but I misunderstood. I should’ve looked more closely and saw he added it my contract for an additional $1250 or something like that. I would have declined that right away if I was paying more attention. It didn’t even save me much in my insurance premium. So watch out for that.
Romen is great though. I recommend you work with him and do your research on interest rates and hidden/added on charges.

The vehicle was not registered on the Audi website and the new ownership never set up. MyAudi App connection was not possible to set up. The price was above market. In other words, I should have not purchased the vehicle and I will never do business with them again. Very disappointed. This is my 4th Audi, Very bad customer service from Walters. Buyer beware.
