Toyota of North Austin tried to justify a ridiculous market adjustment on a vehicle I was interested in. They even tried to tell me I was unrealistic and that I should be willing to pay a market adjustm market adjustment on a vehicle I was interested in. I plan on buying all my Toyotas from Cedar Park from now on! More

Wholly pleasureable experience! Both Adolpho Figueroa and Thomas Murphy, my two sales people, never tried to "sell" me. Rather, they simply answered my questions and let me sell mys Both Adolpho Figueroa and Thomas Murphy, my two sales people, never tried to "sell" me. Rather, they simply answered my questions and let me sell myself. The dealership is also awesome with very little markup over MSRP, compared to other dealers I checked, for a vehicle, the 2023 XSE Premium Prius Prime, about as rare as the Dodo bird. And most of the other dealers had no idea when, if ever, they would ever see a Prius Prime---much less its trim level. At Toyota of Cedar Park, I got the Prius Prime within 3-4 months of my deposit, the trim level I wanted, the color I preferred, and at a reasonable price. I could not recommend both the dealer and my two sales people more highly. I told them that "I feel like I am coming home when I walk in the door." And I do. Yes, I dallied, flirted, with buying a Hyundai Ionic 6, whose styling and driving I love, but it is a Hyundai, and I have owned a Prius since 2005. My loyalty is to Toyota. Also, I absolutely love the bz4x styling, color scheme, and interiors, but like the Ioniq 6, this EV has not quite arrived in terms of range or charging time (The Ioniq 6 beats it by wide margins on both counts, but the Ioniq 6 real life numbers do not live up to what they tout). I WILL buy a bz4x when Toyota fixes the charging time and range problems not because I need it but simply because I love it. More
