Service was good and technician and staff were friendly, but it was hard to navigate when I first arrived as there is no one stationed out to greet customers when they first pull up to the service dept. I h but it was hard to navigate when I first arrived as there is no one stationed out to greet customers when they first pull up to the service dept. I had to leave my car and go and find someone for help. It would be great if there was someone already there at the service dept entrance when cars first arrive to help with where we’re supposed to go and next steps, that would be much appreciated for next time! More
