Very Disappointed I bought my Pathfinder from Tynans and have had it serviced for the last 4 years there, without any problems. I was sent a coupon for a $9.99 oil cha I bought my Pathfinder from Tynans and have had it serviced for the last 4 years there, without any problems. I was sent a coupon for a $9.99 oil change for my Altima so I took it in. Turns out my coupon exp 6/14 the day before. They wouldn’t honor it and said a manager was not available until Monday, then the customer service person said it will be $40 for that car. I said ok and left. Since I was not able to pick it up by the 3 closing time, I called to pay for it so I could just get the keys from the dealership receptionist later. The guy told me the amount was $51 I told him I was told it would be $40 when I dropped it off. He said I was already given a $10 off coupon. I told him I would pay the amount I was told. He became very RUDE and said he would make it $41 and I don’t ever have to deal with them again. Unfortunately for me I still have to take my Pathfinder there since I bought it from there. I plan on trading in my Pathfinder within the next few months but I will never buy another car or pay for any services through Tynans because of the way I was lied to, talked to and treated More
