Darnell is our go to guy! Always gets us what we want and helps up with anything we need. He goes over the top with his customer service and is very personable. Fast forward three years we took it in for a routine maintenance at another dealership because it was closer. Long store short they wanted to charge us, we called Darnell and he as more than willing to help us with anything he was able to. Starling has always found us the vehicle we want. They also have always provided us with a loaner car if they needed to keep our car over night. More

There were pros and cons with our car experience. 1st of all I wouldn't recommend the dealership. We drove over 90 minutes to look at cars shown on the website. We get there to find out that they only have 1 car that we wanted! We felt deceived so that wasn't a good start. Our salesman was Darnell. He was very low pressure. But he was busy with doing multiple things for many others so I wouldn't say that we had his undivided attention. He never mentioned any promotions or asked what our driving needs were. Did we need the car for work, what kind of driving did we do, were we veterans, teachers, etc.? Just focused on the car itself. Maybe it's our fault because we expected more. And bring your own water or anything to drink because they have nothing to offer. It felt like because we were looking at a less expensive new vehicle $25K that it was just a drop in the bucket. Anyways, our negotiations with Darnell were fair and we came to an agreement on pricing. He was so helpful when it came to explaining all the details about the car and walked us through all the electronic setups. We have to say that the financing process was very smooth. Luckily I paid attention to the numbers because the interest rate we were told was wrong on the paperwork and if we had signed that we'd be paying more. We never thought that we would walk out that very same day with a brand new car! We look forward to our new adventure with our new car. More

Yesenia did an awesome job showing us vehicles, listening to our needs, making suggestions, and ultimately putting together our deal. Yesenia showed us around the dealership, the service and parts department, set up our services for on star, and made sure we registered and got our new vehicle credit with GMC which we used to purchase premium floor mats. She was fun to deal with. The overall experience with the dealership is awesome, with a great small town feel that differentiates it from the big city dealerships. Adler is finance was very efficient and got us a great deal on our financing. He wasn't pushy on the warrantees and explained what the benefit was for each and ultimately let us pick what was right for us. Tim the sales manager was also great to work with, was welcoming and responsive during and after the deal. I've traded and bought new cars every 2 years for going on 20 years now and I've never had a better experience with a sales or a finance person as I had with Yesenia, Adler, and Tim. Thanks everyone!
