They are going through a remodel so I shouldn't judge them too harshly. The location to take my vehicle for service was not clearly marked. I had to ask someone where to go. The intake process was chaoti them too harshly. The location to take my vehicle for service was not clearly marked. I had to ask someone where to go. The intake process was chaotic with the mass of vehicles and people running around. The waiting room was unacceptable for a company such as this. The were no working restrooms in the building, but did have port-a-jons and restrooms in the other buildings. I did like my service advisor. He was friendly and professional. Answered any questions I had. I felt like he did what he could to make stay there as pleasant as possible, and make my wait time as minimal as possible. More
