Three times this month I brought my 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe in to correct an "ENGINE LIGHT" problem. The first time I was told vacuum problem "Make sure the gas cap is tight. The second time I was told it was in to correct an "ENGINE LIGHT" problem. The first time I was told vacuum problem "Make sure the gas cap is tight. The second time I was told it was a transition problem and they had to order a part. The third time they said I needed a new battery. Each time after service within a few days the "ENGINE LIGHT" went back on. I honestly am surprised Hyundai has been a good car for me until now. I was thinking about buy-ing another Hyundai but not now. More

The sales manager is of the most rudest humans I have ever come across. Rude, disrespectful, arrogant and just nasty. He would agree to something but not write it down so I continued to say, I won’t sign ever come across. Rude, disrespectful, arrogant and just nasty. He would agree to something but not write it down so I continued to say, I won’t sign unless he writes it down and he became nasty and walked away. The sales man took over. The final reaction was seconds from walking out. I could not see or figure out your payment machine when trying to leave a deposit, the machine times out and he throws his hands up in the air and turns around, mumbling something to whoever would listen and left. I had to ask someone else to set it up and help me. If not for the salesperson and his efforts I would have rated a one star, and that was not even deserving of that. More
