When we looked at the vehicle, he was very thorough and detailed. He was interested in knowing what research we had already done on the vehicle and was able to answer any questions we had. The appraisal process for 2 vehicles was completed before the basketball quarter was over on the large tv in the customer lounge area (seriously like 30 minutes). The offers were reasonable and within KBB range. There was no pressure and everything was cut and dry. They even have an INSURANCE AGENT there on the spot to assist you with literally anything insurance related, she answered so many questions regarding the new vehicle purchase and did all the work for us. I believe her name is Martha Webb. Brandy Swietek in finance was also SO INCREDIBLE. She answered a ton of questions and she took her time going over all the paperwork. The entire environment and experience was nothing short of amazing! Customer service was impeccable. We stand on 5 stars SOLID! More
