Adam was professional and listened to me describe my vehicle issues. Unfortunately maintenance was swamped and it took awhile to get to me. When Adam reported the technician could not recreate the probl vehicle issues. Unfortunately maintenance was swamped and it took awhile to get to me. When Adam reported the technician could not recreate the problem he offered me a chance to take the technician out so I might try. Unfortunately I couldn’t either. Adam recommended if I heard the noise again to record it and let him know. Of course when I got home I heard the same noise. I do, however, feel Adam and the technician were trying to help me. I will record the problem and follow up. More
