Adam was so helpful and patient with our granddaughter! She’s 19 and this is her first car, so she was a bit nervous. He explained everything over and over, making sure she understood it. I recently bought a 2025 Honda Prologue. They just introduced the app to me and never showed me how to use it. I feel like they just wanted to make the sale. Had a nice experience albeit a little longer than we had expected. The car we were trying to purchase was bought by the couple in the next booth from us. We had to get the same one from another dealer which expected. The car we were trying to purchase was bought by the couple in the next booth from us. We had to get the same one from another dealer which added another expense as well. The people we dealt with were all nice and did take good care of us. The financing guy was very young and when he said he was going to save us on our monthly payments I ran the amortization tables for the loan on my phone. This showed the estimated payment they quoted me originally was well over the actual. Seemed like a bit of sleight of hand to make the dealership look better. Bottom line we got the car we wanted at close to the price we desired. More
