My son and I had the most fantastic car buying experience with Sama Siu, Sales Consultant. From our initial emails right up to finding my son the Jetta R-Line of his dreams, Sama was a great listener who tru with Sama Siu, Sales Consultant. From our initial emails right up to finding my son the Jetta R-Line of his dreams, Sama was a great listener who truly wanted to help us with not one iota of pressure. We just loved his vibe and we are so grateful that he took the extra time to nail down just what we were looking for. In addition, we were very happy with the trade-in we received for our old Jetta and working with the business manager was a breeze! The whole process was smooth as silk and debunks the myth that car buying has to be anything but fun and satisfying. More

I've had a horrible experience with Leith Volkswagen. I took my vehicle to Leith on 11/22/22 for an oil change. They wanted to sell me a recommended $900 full service and kept pushing it. A week later m I took my vehicle to Leith on 11/22/22 for an oil change. They wanted to sell me a recommended $900 full service and kept pushing it. A week later my car , wouldn't start. After opening the hood I found the front bracket had fallen and it was zip tied together by someone. My battery terminal was uncovered and placed in the corner of my engine. I took it back to Leith Volkswagen, and asked to speak to the service manager, Adam Ridge. The service employee went to get Adam, but said he was very busy but would come and speak to me. I was advised by the employee that the battery was checked during the oil change, even after I asked them not to do anything other than a oil change. They inspected the battery, yet could not tell me the results of that inspection. So basically they touched the battery, couldn't tell me what they did or the results, and a week later the battery stopped working. 90 minutes later Mr. Ridge still did not come to speak to me after two requests. I did see him step out into the lobby and speak to an employee and then disappear again back into the office area. I asked the employee to get him for me and I was advised that he stepped out of the building. I use to enjoy going to Leith Volkswagen. They were so friendly and helpful. Their customer service was second to none. I spent $370 for a new battery from Leith Volkswagen. That is the last time I return to the dealership. Adam, could have easily saved a customer by taking the time to speak to me and hear my side. Instead, he ran to the back and hid. The worst customer service ever. More

The sales, finance and service department staff at Leith VW Raleigh is outstanding! I highly recommend this dealership for sales or service. Their team members have become like family, and I wouldn't consid VW Raleigh is outstanding! I highly recommend this dealership for sales or service. Their team members have become like family, and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else when it's time to purchase a new VW or have service performed on my car. When I first stepped foot at Leith Volkswagen of Raleigh NC on Thursday March 12, 2020 after I felt and made a decision that my old car was no worth fixing and thereby went to look for my future car, I was approached by a calm, respectful, polite and knowledgeable Salesman name Troy Haynes. He made me feel very relaxed, not pressured and at the same time systematically furnished me with relevant information for the type of car I was looking for and much more about VW cars and specifically my car that I did not know. Volkswagen of Raleigh was actually the first 4 of several dealership stops I had on my list for car shopping but with Troys Knowledge and Professionalism, Leith Volkswagen of Raleigh became my 1st and last stop for car shopping. I purchased a clean 2016 VW PASSAT on Saturday March 14th two days later which looks like a new car and I have absolutely no regret. 4 days after I purchase my car, There seem to be a slow leak from one of the tires which I brought to Troy's attention around 7:15 PM on Wednesday evening and he advised me take it to the Services department first thing the next morning. To my surprise, Troy volunteered to come to work that morning to take my wife to work since she was the one using this car. My wife drove this car and I drove the other car and I then went to work without getting late for work. I have never in my life experienced such an exceptional Customer Service. I recommend leith VW of Raleigh for your next car purchase and services and I know this because I have been servicing my car there for the past 3 years with no issue. Thanks Troy Haynes, You are a very good man and I hope that you are being reasonably Paid at Leith VW of Raleigh North Carolina.
