I recently purchased a new Lexus. Simon was my salesman, and because my vehicle was shipping from Japan, it was a journey to get here! It was also a pleasure working with Dave in Finance as well as Tysean, the delivery specialist who walked me through everything I needed to know before taking my first drive! I had a recent visit to the Service Department for a minor wheel scuff (I am very grateful to Dave for highly suggesting the tire/wheel protection!). It has already rescued me and will teach me to stay away from the fast-food drive-thru! (I hit the curb turning the drive-thru corner.) That's where Adam, in service, comes in. Adam was personable, professional and answered all my questions without rushing me. Yes, this is a long review, but I wanted to cover everything! A shout-out also goes to Donna - the receptionist! She answers the telephone in a lovely voice and has a pleasant personality to greet you as you arrive at the dealership. Thank you Lexus of Cleveland! More
