I found a car I liked but was told the battery was dead. They said it would take 3 weeks to arrive. Even though I suggested they could easily replace the battery, they didn’t take it seriously. When I followed up the next day, I found out the car had been sold to someone else on that day. I felt misled and ended up having to buy a more expensive car from the same place. A very disappointing experience. More

My experience with Ehab, Adam and Ben was great. Dealing with the $1500.00 Hyundai rebate (having to finance) was a big pain. The flexibility, I was told by Ehab and Ben, was not very good, from a c Dealing with the $1500.00 Hyundai rebate (having to finance) was a big pain. The flexibility, I was told by Ehab and Ben, was not very good, from a client perspective. Pete should have been able to reduce the cost of the car by the $1500.00 amount that Hyundai offered to me. I was going to pay cash. So, I'm now financing for 3 or more months in order to receive the $1500. I wasn't pleased with the way that portion of experience went. More

Very disorganized. Took 10 hours to buy a car. Came back next day and waited almost 2 hours to buy car after you called me and said come in. Nobody knows the new cars. Took 10 hours to buy a car.
