She did NOT try any hard sale on extras, but was quick to answer questions. * All Facilities were clean and neat, break room stocked with snakes and water. * My new Palisade was cleaned up very nicely. Changed my mind, so they cleaned up two vehicles, and both look nice! * My sales rep Joshua is on his 2nd month selling car. But, he did well and followed up with every question and concern I had.
