The people at McLaughlin Chevrolet were all very friendly, professional, and answered all of our questions. It was a pleasure doing business with them. They made the car buying experience much more friendly, professional, and answered all of our questions. It was a pleasure doing business with them. They made the car buying experience much more enjoyable than when we have purchased new cars before at other dealers. I would hardly endorse dylan, dave, and Adam all with whom we worked. Dylan has been very responsive when we've had questions and we feel like the whole experience leads to our enjoyment of the car without regrets or bad feelings. They're great! More

We had an appointment with Adam Mixer on June 20. Upon our arrival, Adam knew little about it, yet we test-drove it and wanted to buy it. Adam was in a rush, so he passed us to Elliotte and left for Upon our arrival, Adam knew little about it, yet we test-drove it and wanted to buy it. Adam was in a rush, so he passed us to Elliotte and left for the day. We needed help to complete our transaction since the dealership was closing. We made a rendezvous to return on June 21. I tried to reach Adam on June 21 but couldn't get him, so I contacted Elliotte and David, the finance manager. I was told to wait for confirmation if the car was available before coming down. Despite multiple attempts to reach Adam, I still need the confirmation. On June 26, while I was on vacation, Adam finally contacted me and sent me a slew of unsolicited pictures of him that he was out camping. I told him I could return from vacation on July 5. I asked him to confirm with the manager if they would honor the deal upon my return. Adam was so defensive and belligerent that he went on a rant through text about how I "ghosted him." I advised him to be professional as this message could depict poor customer service and threats. He arrogantly replied, "Make sure you take the whole crew." I asked him to stop texting me, and he didn't, but he only did so after I contacted Dylan. I am considering filing a formal report against him. I will not return to this dealership again. Upon my return from vacation, I couldn't make it to the dealership the next day since I had to resume work. Unfortunately, the car sold. More

Everyone I worked with was very helpful and professional. Adam even came to the house to grab the title we forgot. Dave and Adam worked really hard to make this an easy transaction. Adam was great with information and helped walk me through. They both talked to me more as a friend and that made the whole deal more comfortable. Dave was awesome. David and Kayla in the service department were great too. The people I interacted with while buying my truck were amazing. I would recommend them to anyone. Don't change a thing, you guys and gals did great. I love my truck. More

The website states they are a dealership that does not make customers feel pressure into buying. I felt pressured especially when I asked if they could do an extra $500 on the trade in and they told me th make customers feel pressure into buying. I felt pressured especially when I asked if they could do an extra $500 on the trade in and they told me they called a ton of dealerships and they all offered the same. Really? You called a ton of dealerships in 5 mins? Also, they told me a 2nd key fob will come with the used vehicle. It was a key fob that has serious battery corrosion and doesn't work. I asked them to replace and straight up they said they won't. GM's response, "We can't check every key fob that comes with a used car". (Insert Middle Finger here) So the 10 seconds it takes to press a button on a key fob is too much work for them I guess. The Jeep I bought has a wheel alignment issue, it also had food/beverage splatter all on the interior of the roof. Poor customer service, would NOT recommend this dealership. Go next door and buy a Jeep or anywhere else on McLoughlin. Adam Mixer was the salesman and he was about the only thing right with this place. More
