RUN*** MANAGAMENT WARNING*** The 1 star provided here is only because the sales guy that worked with us is a young guy trying to make his way in the sales industry and only followed what his management team only because the sales guy that worked with us is a young guy trying to make his way in the sales industry and only followed what his management team was telling him to do. BEWARE of this dealership. My wife and I bought a Ford Expedition 2020 from this company. Michael was our original sales manager. We bought the truck and a month into owning the truck we started having problems. After speaking with the management at Bayside, they instructed because we lived over an hour away that we could visit any ford dealer to have the issues fixed. So, we did out of our own pocket. Then the catalytic converter went bad another month later. Frustrated at this point, we took it to another ford dealership and paid another $150.00 diagnostic fee to figure out the issue. Had that fixed under warranty. Then a month later the truck started stuttering. This time we brought it back to Bayside Ford. They looked over the issue while we sat with the sales team. We expressed how upset we were that we bought this truck 3 months ago and it was in the shop 3 times. So, the current manager said he would work with us. His definition of working with us was to find us another vehicle for $300 more a month car payment. This was UNACCEPTABLE at this point. We left the dealership, and I contacted management hire up. This guy called himself "THE TOP". After going back and forth with this guy several times, his offer was to pay for half the catalytic converter, leaving me with a $2,500.00 bill. THEN tried to blame me for not bringing the truck back to his shop and "involving him" in the issues. Meanwhile we did speak to his management team and his management team told us we could go to any ford for repairs. His response to this was "that was an old manager that no longer works here." This dealership DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. This dealership promotes "Good, Fair, and Honest" which is a cheap, senseless slogan that they DO NOT HOLD UP TO. BEWARE spending your money here. THEY ARE NOT A GOOD DEALERSHIP. And an update to our situation, we visited another Ford location in Maryland and got a FORD ST for $650 a month. ANOTHER LIE that Bayside told us "You couldn't get a ford st for under $1,100 a month" Well we did, all because we were smart enough to never do business with you. More

I have bought a few vehicles from this dealership over the years. Years back I had a poor experience and they have completely turned that around. The facility is gorgeous but the staff and attitude has ch the years. Years back I had a poor experience and they have completely turned that around. The facility is gorgeous but the staff and attitude has changed. I had five stops on my plan to trade my Bronco Raptor in for a new Raptor truck. The first dealership I went to wasn't worth the drive. Bayside was my second but should have been my first! I appreciate the no stress environment. Dustin is the broest of bro managers! I can't say enough how refreshing it is to not deal with underhand tactics. The man listens and takes action. Guaranteed he will be the first phone call I make on a new purchase. The salesman Andrew was extremely adequate! He was learning the ropes and was a super easy person to talk with. The new location is gorgeous and the staff are friendly. They are eager to take care of the customer and generate sales. Even Mike was the Mikest I have ever seen him! Kaitlyn shot her shot at the ESP and if I knew I would keep the vehicle long term, I would have gotten it. Again a solid experience from the staff. The new location is working for them. In case the reader of this hasn't figured it out, I will continue to try to give them my business and build relationships with the staff. They are worth it! Give them a shot at your business. They were NOT prepared to deliver a vehicle that was sold to a customer coming from a long distance. Not happy with the sales staff and their knowledge of the vehicle that I purchased. This is my first elect to a customer coming from a long distance. Not happy with the sales staff and their knowledge of the vehicle that I purchased. This is my first electric vehicle and it was delivered to me with a charge of only 49 miles. That is equivalent to picking up a new car with the gas tank empty! They were fine to let me drive off on my 2 hour and 40 minute trip home until I pushed the issue. At that point I had to follow Adam, the manager, 26 miles to a fast charger. Mind you, they knew I was coming to pick up the truck because I had been talking with Issac, my sales person, for a couple of days getting the deal ironed out. Had spoken to him the morning I was coming to pick it up also. I can honestly say, this is the WORST experience I have ever had with a car purchase! And between purchasing personal vehicles as well as company vehicles, I have purchased quite a few. I would never go back, or recommend Bayside Ford to anyone! More
