Honestly, I was on the fence about doing business with Kuni because I brought my older 750 in for service and had to take it to another local dealer for the mistakes to be repaired but time heals all woun Kuni because I brought my older 750 in for service and had to take it to another local dealer for the mistakes to be repaired but time heals all wounds. I was going to wait until December before I purchased a new car, but I heard that dealers were giving maximum cash on trade ins, so I decided to look for a new car. I looked at the other local BMW dealership and all they had in stock were white 7 Series cars. Then remembering how my wife and I were treated by Ivorie when we needed to sell my wife's X6 I thought I'd give Kuni another shot to win my business. When I came in on Wednesday a delightful salesperson names Steve Cho introduced himself to me. I told him what I wanted, and he took me straight to the model and went to work on the deal. As a Black person, I'm used to insults and xxxxxxx questions like, "What do you do for a living?' or "Can you afford the payments?" I got none of the usual racist tropes I get here in Portland. He saw my credit, gave me a fair price for my trade in and sold me the car I wanted without all the haggle back and forth xxxxxxxx I normally get at dealerships. As a matter of fact, this was the single best car buying experience in my 56 years of life. If this is the kind of treatment I get when it comes to service on my new baby we named "The Beast II' I'll always be a Kuni BMW customer. I want to personally thank Steve Cho for taking the time and putting everything together. The 760I is the most beautiful car I've ever owned. Big Thanks to Adam Kline for walking me through the car. It's so advanced that I may need a full days class on everything this big baby does. Another shout out to Beni Jinar for his help with the financing. Beni will definitely convince you to always be a BMW owner and a Kuni BMW customer. BOOM!!! All around excellent experience. More

Adam was absolutely outstanding. He spent hours trying to diagnose a phone problem for me and my new X5. His tenaciousness got to the root of the soft wear issue and made me a happy customer. mostly good with a few exceptions Nice people to deal with but I was surprised to see the car make it through CPO inspection with Blind Spot detection only working 5% of the time and a Nice people to deal with but I was surprised to see the car make it through CPO inspection with Blind Spot detection only working 5% of the time and ambient lighting being intermittent at best. The biggest disappointment was the use of Silicone protectant on the plastic parts in the interior and trunk. Apparently Kuni is so busy that they subbed out the detailing to people with lower standards re silicone dressings on the interior. I'm allergic to the stuff and it makes my fingers swell up and ache. Nearly impossible to remove; may have to have the affected plastic parts replaced entirely. More

Everything we wanted and more Visited the dealership for a vehicle we saw on AutoTrader just to find out that it had not arrived yet. (HINT: If the ad doesn't have pictures, it is Visited the dealership for a vehicle we saw on AutoTrader just to find out that it had not arrived yet. (HINT: If the ad doesn't have pictures, it is not on the lot yet. Understandable) However, we knew the vehicle that we wanted and communicated it to our salesman Andre. With our vehicle that we wanted there are limited allocations and they happened to have one more available that they were going to build to the dealers specifications. Andre helped us to have their order changed to our specs. He was extremely helpful in allowing us to custom order our first BMW. We were quoted about 5 to 12 weeks for delivery but the vehicle came in around 4 weeks. The entire process was smooth and absolutely no misleading information was given to us. Finance was great and not pushy. Also Adam Kline was an extreme help with figuring the new features of the vehicle. We have a complete understanding now of our new, awesome purchase.
