Worked with Adam Kaper I got my last Honda CRV from Piazza when they were in Drexel Hill, 14 years ago. I have to say I have loved that car......but this is the 3rd year th I got my last Honda CRV from Piazza when they were in Drexel Hill, 14 years ago. I have to say I have loved that car......but this is the 3rd year that it has not had working air conditioning so I finally decided enough is enough. I came back to Piazza because I have a comfort level with the organization. I had my Honda serviced there for years and have always felt that I have gotten good care. When I walked in yesterday, my intention was pretty much that i would be walking out with something "new to me." Adam worked with me and after asking what I was looking for presented some options. I settled on a car that met most of my parameters and we proceeded to take it for a test drive. I liked it. Adam was very easy to work with....knowledgeable, personable, good sense of humor, patient, etc. Able to easily carry on a conversation. No hard sell, here but got the job done. Very helpful with questions about the car and very helpful in getting my phone set up and more than willing to answer any other questions, whenever. Said he was reachable by phone most any time . Very detail oriented....took his time. All in all a very good experience. Would gladly recommend him to any friends that I may have who are looking for a vehicle. Sada (sp) was also very helpful from the finance end. Explained everything very well, and kept the process going smoothly. More

This sounds cliche, but we dealt with some fairly unsavory salespeople who were attempting to up-sale and get us out of our budget at other dealerships. By the time we got to Piazza Honda of Springfield, we had dealt with possibly the worst and pushiest salesperson I had ever encountered at a local Nissan dealer, so we were on edge, drained, and a little more than fed up with the whole process. That being said, I cannot say enough about Adam Kaper. Adam is very down to earth, not playing the typical car salesmen role of making you feel uncomfortable or as though you are being sold something you had no interest in. He suffered through endless questions we had, as this was our first lease and Honda. He showed us multiple cars and actually gave us real numbers to take home and mull over (something that very few other salespeople had done or were reluctant to do). Adam even came in on his day off to assist us with the whole process, suffering even more questions. He was able to get the car we wanted within our budget with no games and a wonderful personality. I highly recommend Piazza Honda of Springfield, but even more so, seek out Adam Kaper! More

Unfortunately, it was getting to the point where we needed another car for long journeys. We knew we wanted a Honda, so we visited the Piazza Honda in Springfield, PA. That’s where we met Adam Kaper. He was such a great salesperson! He did not rush us and talked to us about options for various CRVs that he had available and even took us to several cars to see some of the features. We weren’t exactly sure what the difference was between all the models. He took the time to go through the differences and even mentioned how he and his mother has been recently looking for cars. It was a very relaxed and enjoyable experience. He didn’t pressure us into any deals. We left with some information, but we weren’t ready to make a deal. We called Adam several times, and he called us several too over the next few months. We even spoke to him on a Sunday (on his day off) for an hour to discuss cars and options. We suggested that leasing may be a better option for us than buying. This was very nice of him to do on his day off. Finally, several months after the start of this journey, we went back to Honda - ready to move forward for the car. When we got there, he let us test drive a car for as long as we wanted that day. We decided to buy after all and not lease. Adam stayed two hours after closing to show us ALL the features of the car - to make sure we felt comfortable with driving it. He even let us leave the car there overnight, so we could pick it up in the daylight. He is an awesome salesperson, and I’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a Honda or any car! The salesman there provide above and beyond customer service and they really make you feel comfortable during the buying process. This dealership is very compassionate friendly and understanding. They really take the time to listen and genuinely care about you as a buyer and not as just another sale. I recently leased a Honda civic sport touring hatchback with the help of Adam Kaper and Greg Repice. I highly recommend you speak to one of them if you are in the market for a new or used car. They are highly knowledgeable about every make and model on the lot. They are not pushy and will let you test drive as many vehicles as you would like until you feel comfortable with making a decision. They went above and beyond to help me out.
