I cannot recommend Adam at Suntrup Automotive highly enough. From the very beginning, he truly listened to what I wanted and needed. I came to the dealership looking to trade in a brand-new car that I h enough. From the very beginning, he truly listened to what I wanted and needed. I came to the dealership looking to trade in a brand-new car that I had fully paid off but ended up absolutely hating. My previous experience at another dealership had been terrible—they ignored my request for a cheaper car I’d actually enjoy, and instead tried to pressure me into financing a car I couldn’t afford. That wasn’t the case with Adam. Adam was honest, patient, and incredibly thorough. He answered all of my (many) questions without judgment and prioritized my needs over just making a sale. He genuinely cared about helping me find the right car rather than maximizing his own commission. Thanks to him, I was able to trade in the car I hated for an older, more affordable car that I now absolutely love. Not only that, but Adam worked things out so that I actually got money back on the trade-in—something I didn’t think was even possible! To top it all off, Adam and the finance manager, Jill, went above and beyond to ensure the money I received covered my Missouri sales tax and registration fees. That kind of consideration and care is rare, and it made a huge difference for me. At no point did I feel pressured or judged for wanting to trade in my brand-new car for something older. Unlike other dealerships that try to push you into something you don’t want, Adam and Jill simply helped me find the best option for me.
