The other people there I thought were pretty good, albeit a little pushy at times. Additionally, I think the dealership as a whole took a very long time to get us out of there. We were there for 7 hours. I’m sure they were somewhat understaffed, but I know other people arrived after us and left long before us. I think they could’ve probably gotten us out a couple hours or more sooner at least. But as far as Josh is concerned, he went above and beyond. He was great. More

Working with Josh and the general manager was great. They helped provide options that matched our needs and found exactly what we wanted. They were also able to provide a great trade in amount on our vehicle. However the financial person make an error on financing which we tried to correct but was told we were wrong. Following day we get the call that we were right and now we have to go back (an hour away) to resign paperwork to file the correction. It is for our benefit but it is still frustrating as we had the information from Mazda’s website but we were still told that you couldn’t combine offers even though it said it was stackable. Next time we will make sure not to make our deal right before closing when the general manager is not available. Overall a good experience and would still go back even with the financing issue as they are making it right. The vehicle is great! We have had Mazdas before and look forward to enjoy this new ride. More

I purchase a used vehicle that had some minor issues while taking the test drive. The dealership agreed to fix the issues and set up a date for service. Due to the extensive damage and cost to repair it, they agreed to purchase the car back at the amount i paid. The staff at Chippewa Valley Mazda went above and beyond to help me get into a vehicle that I liked and fit my needs. They even negotiated to get me all the extras I had purchased with the other vehicle without adding a significant amount to the new price. Not only did they inform me of significant damage to the first vehicle but they made it right. Cody Seng, the sales consultant who helped me with both purchases was fantastic! He was very personable and had a great sense of humor. I would highly recommend this dealership. More
