The installation of my free anti theft device was fine. I give this dealership a LOW RATING because their salesman lied to me when I bought my 2019 Soul from them. He said it was not easily stolen like the earlier models; however, my car was stolen mere months after purchase. When I communicated with the dealership via registered mail, they ignored me completely, and ignored my husband’s complaint as well. More
