Cannot get anyone to respond. I bought my Elantra after getting an online price from Adam. He said he would take $400 off the sticker price. He also told me that there was a $795 I bought my Elantra after getting an online price from Adam. He said he would take $400 off the sticker price. He also told me that there was a $795 protection plan available. After meeting with the salesman, I told the manager that I did not want the protection plan. He then told me that I couldn't have $1200 off the purchase price. He told me that I had to pay full price to avoid purchasing the protection plan or I could have the $400 off the price, if I agreed to buy the proection plan also. So apparently the $795 proection plan is part of the sticker even though it's not showing on the actual sticker. Also, I had to wait for over 2 hours to see a finance person. I sent Adam an email afterwards telling him about my experience. I received no reply. I then contacted Customer Service. She told me someone would be giving me a call. I waited 2 weeks - no one called. I called her again and this time she didn't even return my call. Wow! What terrible customer service!! More

Quick, friendly, no hassle service. The salesmen thoroughly explained all the features equipped on the vehicle and were very knowledgeable. Great experience! From the initial contact with the Internet Manager, Adam Hyer, and everyone else we worked with, the experience was a very pleasant one. Our questions were answered quickly, there was no pressure, and best of all, we were in and out in just a few hours - including the test drive. Special thanks to Harly Gifford, who helped us through the entire process. I'm going to try to select everyone who worked with us, I just hope I don't miss someone - bottom line - they were all great people and we will be going back again. Oh and by the way, they've got GREAT Memorial Day savings :) More

Best buying dealer team ever! I had a service appointment, and my husband lease was about up with Honda🙄 I suggested that we look around while we had some time. Jim Liebhart was our product manager. What an awesome guy. From beginning to end. Adam is always wonderful. Expertly explaining each step from the appraisal for the Honda before sending it back. We had no idea of course. No doubt the Honda was below the selling price. 🤔 The money boss Mr. Mike gave us the best deal in life, then my husband sat on the fence for about three hours. 🤤 No one gave up on us, no one was impatient or rude. Everyone that we dealt with was on point, and respectful. Totally appreciated! Thank you all so much! Dahn and Ralph think your great!? More
