Terrible Maintenance Service! fyi.. Make sure you know what's wrong with your vehicle, otherwise they wont bother to go extra for the customer to see or find the issue. Also, even fyi.. Sue went on for over an hour about how great she was and was always there for her customers. When we were sold a bad vehicle (needed a new engine) Sue was unhelpful, unresponsive and told me that since th was always there for her customers. My truck was in for service and I was told internal trans failure without dealer even test driving or inspected besides pulling codes basically the free auto zone code read special. Miles on vehicle were i failure without dealer even test driving or inspected besides pulling codes basically the free auto zone code read special. Miles on vehicle were identical to miles when I brought in for service. Vehicle was Flagged for egr and dpf delete and now my warranty has been branded and Chrysler will no longer cover anything under warranty again. Service manager said he did everything he could to help but the obvious auto zone code scan that took a few seconds still cost me $170. I asked to talk to Adam the service manager at the cashiers desk and figured at this point I would just pay my bill since the service writer didn't want to give me the time of day. So I paid the balance so I could get out of there as fast as possible. After paying they had me continue waiting for about 10 min out in the service are when he finally came out and offered to talk to another manager about trying to reverse charges for the diagnostic inspection and said he didn't know I was coming to get vehicle or he would of supposedly taken off. I told service writer day and time I would pickup truck. I tried to talk to Service writer Mike T before paying my bill as well to question the diagnosis at first but then he told me to see cashier as he was looking up Trump Pics on his cell phone while on hold with someone else. BTW his desk is within arms reach of printer and I just asked if he could show me the printout before I paid which I didn't think was out of line. If he really wanted to reverse charges he would of just taken care of it so I left with zero refund as I didn't want to hear about how he would like to help you out but his hands are tied after waiting just like when I called Chrysler and they told me dealer stated my exhaust mods blew my trans at 14k miles and now my warranty is no longer valid. More

A very terrible experience. They don’t care about people at all. I should have read the previous reviews before bringing my vehicle to them. I brought my vehicle in on May 24 and didn’t get it back until Ju at all. I should have read the previous reviews before bringing my vehicle to them. I brought my vehicle in on May 24 and didn’t get it back until June 23. My transmission went out and I know that isn’t a quick fix. They tried to blame literally everything on warranty company but they were in the wrong too. Warranty company was behind on something, such as sending someone out to inspect the car. They made up for it and added additional days to my rental. My warranty covers only 10 days of rental. The dealership didn’t call my claim in until May 26 as I mentioned I brung it in May 24. The dealership excuse was that they weren’t answering the phone. I literally called and get an answer within 5 minutes. I was told my car will be fixed and ready for pickup on June 17. On that that day, I receive a call saying that the part hasn’t come yet. I can understand that on delays but that’s not my problem at all. So this whole time I’m stuck with a rental that I have to pay out of pocket because the warranty company was only able to give me only so many extra days. Then the dealership lost the payment paperwork and tried to blame it again on the warranty company but thanks to the warranty they documented everything. So I was told my car would be ready June 21 but since they lost the paperwork. It wasn’t available until June 23. I already had to pay a 200 deductible then another 385 for a rental. The dealership lied about some many things during this experience. They didn’t even apologize for the delay nor offered any solutions. After paying for everything, a random employee approached me and said “if you were white they would have helped you out more”. Rick Hiller is a racist. More
