Hello! I've been with Luther Family Buick GMC since August of 2013, and wouldn't want to call any other dealership home. The precedent that the Luther Automotive Group has established in how to treat a community, a guest, and their employees is top-notch. The Service Center changed engine oil, checked the A/C system for refrigerant leaks, and charged the A/C system with refrigerant 134a. The Service Center performed recommended maintenance and checked flu system for refrigerant leaks, and charged the A/C system with refrigerant 134a. The Service Center performed recommended maintenance and checked fluid levels. The lug nuts were replaced because corrosion was forming on the outside surface of the lug nuts. The Equinox LT's repairs in the Service Center are satisfactory. The dealership has excellent customer service and quality products. Sincerely, Michael Hamner More
