Where to start? I have been a customer of Antwerpen for many years, but lately I've noticed a severe decline in their service department/mechanics. Long story short, I have been a customer of Antwerpen for many years, but lately I've noticed a severe decline in their service department/mechanics. Long story short, they misdiagnosed the issue with my daughter's car and we spent a lot of money to get it fixed. After it was "fixed", the issue continued to persist. They told me to bring it back asap, which was 2 days later (because we have full time jobs). Dropped the car off before they opened & they didn't do anything with the car, not even drive to see/feel the issue, the entire day it sat. I had to pick up the car because it's my daughter's only means of transportation, I couldn't leave it for another 5-7 days or "until they got around to it". I found a place (in Pasadena) that specializes in VW's & they immediately diagnosed my car. The mechanic who took the car for a drive knew what the problem was within 5 minutes. The problem is too expensive for me to fix, so I will trade it in, but my main issue is that I spent almost $1000 at Antwerpen for nothing. To me, that is unacceptable. Did I mention I bought a brand new car from Antwerpen 2 months prior to this situation? Extremely disappointed this time around. More

Sent the car in to have air bag replaced oil changed and my driver side door wouldn't lock. Did the air bag and oil change. But didn't do door. Send it back to have it done....lied to and said it was done. my driver side door wouldn't lock. Did the air bag and oil change. But didn't do door. Call to find out why and try to have it resolved.....never called back..so unless you know someone who works there, find a different place More

Poor customer service, Unreliable, not trusted, terrible experience. I am trading in my vehicle because of this dealership's customer service. I made an appointment three weeks prior to the appointment date experience. I am trading in my vehicle because of this dealership's customer service. I made an appointment three weeks prior to the appointment date. I dropped my car off at 7:30 in the morning and was told by the end of the day that my car had not been worked on, and it would not be worked on that day. It was a Friday and I was told that Volkswagen would need to hold onto my car for the weekend and not provide me a loaner. They had no reason as to why an appointment that was made three weeks in advance was not being held to the date and time of the scheduling. More
