Adam is the best service Mgr I've ever met! ! I have owned several vehicles from Hyundai to Porsche Cayenne, Mercedes, BMW.....but I've never had such a wonderful experience that I always have a ! I have owned several vehicles from Hyundai to Porsche Cayenne, Mercedes, BMW.....but I've never had such a wonderful experience that I always have at the Subaru service dept in Evanston. Adam treats his customers like they are the most important person in there!! I will always buy Subaru cars so that I can go to this service dept. They get the job done right and quickly. Adam really cares about his customers and makes sure that his people take good care of you. I highly recommend this service department!! If Adam ever leaves I will probably leave too!! This man is the best of the best!! More
