Overall we felt very dissatisfied with Corwin Toyota and although we purchased a vehicle we did not go back and purchase our second vehicle. Adam was helpful but did not go above and beyond to make sure we although we purchased a vehicle we did not go back and purchase our second vehicle. Adam was helpful but did not go above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. The entire experience took way to long to complete and when we finally received our car we were so exhausted and just wanted to go home. The vehicle was semi cleaned and no gas!! Then we discovered there was only 1 key and no car mats, which Corwin was unwilling to help us with supplying. Then we discovered a discrepancy with our paperwork, and it took over a week to correct and we were requested to sign electronically. Corwin has not followed up so we can receive our corrected paperwork or to find out about our experience. As I stated we went the next day to another dealership and purchased our second vehicle, what a completely different experience. We dealt with Jason on our first night and were shocked at how rude and bothered he seemed and unwilling to work with us to purchase a car. More

First visit we felt we were not given the best customer experience and not interested in helping us purchase a car. When we returned the sales associate was friendly and we choose a vehicle but the time i experience and not interested in helping us purchase a car. When we returned the sales associate was friendly and we choose a vehicle but the time it took to complete the sales was ridiculous and unnecessary. We realized when leaving there were no car mats, we only had one key and there was a crack in the windshield. When we called back the sales associate did not seem interested in helping brings satisfaction after purchasing and expensive vehicle. Also we received the car with no gas, and the detailing and or cleaning with subpar. We are in the market for a second car and we will not be returning to this dealership to purchase it. More

I wasn’t happy with the high service fee of 699 that they charge. I was glad they put newer tires on, but they left the tires a mess. It looked like they left sealant on the rims and tires.
