My boyfriend and I went to Spitzer to check if we would like the Corollas or not. We went to Spitzer because it was the closest to our house and I also liked that they used actual photos on their site and not just stock photos. Doug showed us the Corollas and they were nice but because it was us two and a dog we decided to look at a Camry. My goal was just to go in and see what I liked but ultimately I really liked the car and the staff was very helpful. Doug emailed with me back and forth the next two days and was very helpful with any questions I have. I decided Wednesday that I wanted to take the plunge and set up an appointment for Thursday to come pick out my Camry and start the process! Everyone was very helpful during the whole process, especially since I had never bought a car this was all new to me. They also were okay with me taking a minute to discuss things with my boyfriend or to call my parents for guidance. They showed me multiple breakdowns of my total amount and monthly payments based on interest rates and rebate options. Needless to say, my experience with Spritzer thus far has been great and I never felt pressured once to buy one and it was nice to know they don't work on commission so the whole process felt different then I thought it would. Any of my friends looking for a Toyota in the area I will definitely recommend Spitzer to them. Thanks again guys for all of your help!! -BobcatGirl24 More

I was not having much luck, so I widend my search and found the perfect Highlander for me at Spitzer Toyota in Monroeville, PA. Doug was very helpful! He made sure that all my questions were answered and even had me let him know when I got home after both of my visits (it was over a 3 1/2 hour trip one way). Overall my experience with all the employees, Doug, Adam, and Ben was wonderful. I would suggest this dealership to anyone. More

Found My Car!! I owned a 2013 Xterra and wanted to trade up to a PRO series. However Nissan stopped making the Xterra and they are hard to come by. I kept searching I owned a 2013 Xterra and wanted to trade up to a PRO series. However Nissan stopped making the Xterra and they are hard to come by. I kept searching for 1.5 years and discovered one on the Spitzer lot. One year newer than mine, less mileage, and all the extras that I wanted that comes with the PRO series. I had concerns going in to trade my Nissan for another Nissan (at a Toyota dealer), but Spitzer made it easy! I saw the car on Sunday and owned it and driving it by Tuesday!! Matt Fuller was able to answer all my questions about the new RAV4 hybrids, Spitzer was able to make me a reasonable deal, and I drove away with a new car. I've had other experiences where it seemed like I had to fight with the dealership to make things work out. These guys had everything worked out quickly and fairly easily - I didn't have any complaints. Nice to see someone handle what is otherwise a fairly large and important transaction with such ease. More
