Being new in town I took my 2018 F150 there to replace the cam phasers, which is a known issue by Ford, and they initially quoted me $4600 to replace the phasers. However, I called Ford and I received ass the cam phasers, which is a known issue by Ford, and they initially quoted me $4600 to replace the phasers. However, I called Ford and I received assistance from them to pay up to $3000 of that cost which was fantastic. I have had nothing but good experience with the brand. However, the dealerships are separate story. The technicians at Landmark Ford were fantastic and they completed the job in just three days with perfect results. However, when I went to pickup my truck and pay the remainder of the fee along with some other preventative maintenance I asked them to complete, they wanted to charge me additional 3% for convenience fee since I wanted to use my credit card. They never told me about this beforehand specially since they knew my portion would amount to approximately $2500. Talking to their management they would not budge on eliminating the fee and if it was up to them they would have charged me the complete cost of the repair. I had nothing but positive experience with the technicians at Landmark Ford but their shady business practices and trying to nickel and dime their customers, would leave me no choice but to NOT recommend this dealership for anything. I have been planning to purchase a new Raptor R this year but I will take my business elsewhere and I recommend you do the same. More

Adam Drake's team was on point. I had a poor experience at another Ford dealership for my 21' Powerboost F150, so decided to give them a shot based on reviews. Very communicative and professional experience all the way through, from first phone call, to shuttle pick up (both ways). The truck needed a part that wasn't in stock, I worked with Adam to source one from the East coast, they had installed in 3 biz days! Will be using them in the future. Suggest you give them a shot if you are searching for a solid service dealer. More

Horrible customer service. Took my car in for service and seemed very uninterested in my issue. I had to call a week later to check on the status since I never heard anything from him. When I picked up my v seemed very uninterested in my issue. I had to call a week later to check on the status since I never heard anything from him. When I picked up my vehicle I popped the hood and noticed they had taken the battery cover off and set it on the wiper cowl and closed the hood on it. Horrible quality control. Would give zero stars for rating if I could. Won’t be going back ever again. More

I had the pleasure of speaking with both Sarah (relatively new employee) and Adam Drake; both of which were extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable. They both looked into my situation and my car's service records to provide me detailed answers to my questions. I greatly appreciated it, especially after receiving the run around by 3 other dealerships prior to calling Landmark. Thank you Sarah and Adam; the next time I contact a dealership about my vehicle you've guaranteed that Landmark will be my first call. More

Christmas Eve Tire Adam from the Brown Team was a great help. My Mom was on her way down for Christmas when she got a flat. A wheel weight from a truck had kicked up off the road and went through the rear tire. She had just bought a new Explorer from a dealership up in Spokane and it had less than 1,500 miles on it. We took the tire to a local tire store and they could not patch the tire and did not have another to match. They could order it but would take ~5 days and was $100 more than what I looked up online. Called Adam and he was able to get a tire to match in about a day. Price was right in line with what I expected and service was quick and easy. More
