My new Tucson had software issues from the time it left Jenkins showroom. The cluster switched on and off and all alerts came on. Returned the vehicle and was told a reset clearing alerts fixed everythin Jenkins showroom. The cluster switched on and off and all alerts came on. Returned the vehicle and was told a reset clearing alerts fixed everything. Same problem occured on the way home and the vehicle was returned for service the next day. Jenkins has now had my NEW car for 10 days with no sigh of progress toward fixing it. Jenkins has made little or no effort to contact me with progress reports and have repeatedly NOT returned calls and texts. More

Very willing to help, listen to what I was wanting in a vehicle & didn't over sell to get me to spend more money. That's the biggest thing for me - they weren't pushy! Sam Guess and the rest of the staff at Jenkins made my car buying experience a pleasurable one. Even after my purchase, Sam continues to answer all my numerous questions about car features and such. Mr. Glavley did not advise us of a peridium per day only that we would get a letter from finance in a week or 2 to pay off the balance. No mention of any other cost when I said I want to pay only the agree that we would get a letter from finance in a week or 2 to pay off the balance.
