When it came time to buy out my lease last month, Lexus of Tucson, and Joli Gaskell in particular, made the process so smooth. I leased the car in CA, bought out the lease in Tucson and was having it shipped to my new home in Washington D.C., so that came with LOADS of extra legwork/paperwork...but Joli tackled all of it happily and professionally. This is our first Luxury vehicle and after looking at the Lexus there is no comparing or going back to previous vehicle types. We want to acknowledge Joli Gaskell and Mark Auston who were very supportive, answered our questions and made us feel as we were part of the Lexus family from the beginning, a major decision to lease from Lexus at the Auto Mall. Not once did they pressure us to commit. Adam was so helpful in finding a vehicle that matched our request, working on the pricing and had it delivered in record time. Buying or leasing a vehicle such as a Lexus is an important decision, but starting and building a relationship of trust and confidence with the dealer is as important if not more.
