I am 22 years old and have a huge passion for cars. Ever since I was a little kid, cars have been a big part of my life! My mom can tell you stories of me being in a car seat and saying the names of all the cars as they drove by. Currently, I drive a Mustang, a Jeep, and very soon a Subaru will join my driveway, which I am very excited about! I have been with Subaru of Gwinnett for 4 years now. I originally started out in our service department as a porter, where I learned to love the Subaru brand. After a year of learning the product and talking with our customers, I knew this was my home and I pursued the opportunity to move into sales. I wake up every day excited to get to work and share the Subaru experience with new customers!

Pleasant experience buying a used car from start to finish. We had options to shop for a Subaru closer to our home, but this was worth the drive. From the moment I submitted an inquiry about a car on TrueCar, I received top-notch customer service from this dealership. The first contact from Lauren McKenzie was pleasant and inviting followed by good email/text interactions from Adam Anderson who provided lots of options for me - both used and new. He really listened to what I was looking for in a Subaru in terms of price, value, and features. He provided great options without trying to push me towards something that I didn't want or need. This experience was followed up by a similar in-person experience with Jody Vaughn. He walked us through options and differences between cars - used and new - until we found the Subaru for us. Overall I am most pleased with the car-buying experience at Subaru of Gwinnett. More

Good experience I bought a certified pre-owned Subaru Forester from Subaru of Gwinnett, working with Adam Anderson. Adam was professional and up-front, and he followe I bought a certified pre-owned Subaru Forester from Subaru of Gwinnett, working with Adam Anderson. Adam was professional and up-front, and he followed through on all the things he said he would do. I was a little nervous driving out of the lot, because there was still a chip in the car's windshield which the dealer promised to fix, but I didn't have it in writing. Within a week, Adam worked with me to schedule an appointment with an auto glass company who came to my house to fill the chip free of charge. More

This was a great experience. Staff was professional and there were no surprises. I dreaded buying a new car because I knew I would have to play the back and forth game. That did not happen. Purchase of my 2018 Outback Limited I’ve disliked car shopping my entire time on this planet which is almost 65 years. The experience always makes me feel “taken advantage of” and I don’t think that will ever change for me. We all car shop on line now from the comfort of our couch. Subaru of Gwinnett has a noticeable presence in the greater Atlanta area. I targeted my car from hours of hunting on line. The car I found and bought was exactly what I was looking for. My salesman was, you know, a car salesman. He was knowledgeable and didn’t pressure me, I pressured myself. I may not ever do business with Subaru of Gwinnett again, but the buying experience was as pleasant as dropping $30K can be and I would recommend them to anyone. More
