Brad is a man of his word! I've been shopping around to upgrade my parents' car. We had a 2013 GMC Terrain SLE-2 that I wanted to trade in and I wanted to get them a 2016 GMC Te I've been shopping around to upgrade my parents' car. We had a 2013 GMC Terrain SLE-2 that I wanted to trade in and I wanted to get them a 2016 GMC Terrain Denali so they can enjoy it more. I've searched far and wide and didn't find much that was within my price range / mileage. I came across the Terrain from Burtness and wanted to see if they were negotiable on the price. I sent an email / trade-in appraisal request on 10-2-19. Brittany emailed me with some options for what I was looking for. I emailed her back mentioning in what I was interested in + an appraisal for my trade-in. She responded back and informed me that she forwarded my request to Brad. Brad and I negotiated via email and came into an agreement. He responded back to all of my requests (car inspection sheet, amount of keys, etc). I told him I wouldn't be able to come in for a week, due to work and living over 2 hours a way (South Chicago-land). He promised that he'd hold the vehicle for me. I came in on 10-11-18. Brad had the Terrain in the front with a full tank of gas waiting for me! I test drove it, checked under the hood, oil level, etc. Everything checked out. We went to the F&I manager and ran my credit, etc. I was working with Abs and Jeremy. Jeremy was training Abs and Abs was doing a great job! Everyone was personable and professional throughout the whole transaction. Had a good talk with all of them. They transferred my plates from the old Terrain to the new for me! I shook their hands and went about my way. I'd highly recommend Burtness and the crew I worked with! Thank you, Brad for brokering our deal! More
