Sadly I have nothing good to say so far. I purchase a 2020 Lincoln Corsair back on Saturday December 14th, 2024. Two days later I brought back. Two week later on Friday January 3rd I picked it up. On the following Monday I contacted the sales department because I continued to have problems and I was asked to bring it back. On Tuesday January 7th I brought it. Today, January 13th, I have no idea what is wrong with the car and no body bather to call me or send me message about the condition of the vehicle. You claimed 165 Point inspection process which is totally a lie. You never inspected this vehicle at all. You barely washed the car and did a poorly job on that too. I will make this comment public if I don’t an answer by the end of the day and I will name the people that where involved. More

I was told they have the best mechanics by the manager that was there and that they go over and beyond in making sure the car is ready to be sold, but then there is a Wiper fluid warning that appears..?? that was there and that they go over and beyond in making sure the car is ready to be sold, but then there is a Wiper fluid warning that appears..?? Hmmmm. I thought it was no biggie. I filled it myself. But warning never went away. Rechecked the wiper fluid container it and it was empty again. Apparently there was a crack in the wiper fluid container and the sensor also didn’t work…Yes, it was fixed. They repaired it. They kept my car for three days. Another thing, I was reviewing the itemize sheet and noticed I paid over 1,000 dollars on TheftVehicle service. They said my used car purchase came with it! But no, I paid for it! they took advantage…. Never coming here again. More
