Good Day, We could not have been treated better, our fist contact was with Michael Tornatore the General Manager. Michael made us feel extremely comfortible and welcome, from there, the process was easy. Alex Pereira took the wheel and dealt with my wife Kristin and I through the rest of the process. Alex took Kristin for a test drive and after purchase walked her through the features of the MINI. I have to give kudos to Michael Hostutoler for his help with the process and Abe Levi who couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant. All and All if I could give more than 5 ***** 'stars to the dealership if I could. Highly recomended and would refer anyone who asked to purchase a vehicle to go to MINI of Ramsey, from the receptionists to finance and the service department that got the vehicle ready....
