Salesman was great. The rest of the dealership sucks. The car is great, but not work the headache it was to deal with the management, the finance office or the rest of the other salesmen. Sleazy bait and switch tactics make me never want to buy from them again. I had to fight and walk away from the deal before they would work with me. That doesn’t make for a good dealership experience. More

My experience with Toyota Tampa Bay Fletcher was extremely unsatisfactory. They engaged in deceptive pricing practices and included warranties that I had not consented to. The entire transaction was extremely unsatisfactory. They engaged in deceptive pricing practices and included warranties that I had not consented to. The entire transaction was characterized by hidden fees and a lack of transparency. Furthermore, they copied and pasted my signature onto warranties that were not presented to me at the time of signing the documents. Additionally, it took them over two weeks to send me the signed documents, despite my repeated requests to verify the existence of the warranties. The warranties provided were essentially useless and solely served to profit the dealership. I discovered the existence of the warranties after contacting Toyota Finance, who provided me with the documents that Toyota of Tampa Bay had never given me. Currently, I am attempting to cancel the warranties, but they have informed me that they are non-cancellable. Toyota of Tampa Bay has been a fraudulent operation, and it has been challenging to communicate with the sales manager, as they frequently change positions. I have learned that the manager who handled my transaction is no longer employed at Toyota of Tampa Bay. More
