We have owned Mercedes cars for over 15 years. We live in the Bay Area. I went up to Portland to help my daughter get her Mercedes serviced at Mercedes Portland. Hands down the worst experience We live in the Bay Area. I went up to Portland to help my daughter get her Mercedes serviced at Mercedes Portland. Hands down the worst experience I have ever had with Mercedes. The fixed the wrong light (dash said right light out - they replaced the left). My daughter had to bring her car back numerous times and they would say it was ready and it would not be. Will never bring the car in there for servicing. Spent over $4K on the service. Felt pretty much like a rip off. More

My new Mercedes has a white leather steering wheel and white leather seats. The steering wheel was badly smudged with mechanics hands as well on side of drivers seat. I was able to get it off but that was white leather seats. The steering wheel was badly smudged with mechanics hands as well on side of drivers seat.
