The dealership was good about the initial repair however, when it didn’t seem to fix the issue I was informed it must be an inherent problem. It seemed as though I had hit a dead end. Lack of transparency with my service. Waited 4hrs to find out that the tires needed for my replacement were the wrong size. Mentioned that I would return the rental by Wednesday at 4p, di Waited 4hrs to find out that the tires needed for my replacement were the wrong size. Mentioned that I would return the rental by Wednesday at 4p, didn’t confirm whether or not the recall would be solved by that time. Had I known, I would have rescheduled dropping off the rental for the following morning and not rushed down that evening. Concierge service from dealership to downtown / enterprise rental was very convenient and a very kind driver (saving grace from this experience). I get that credit card service fees are now close to come practice, though I would suggest still mentioning this to guests, especially when there’s more than 24hrs needed for service. More
